Users may supply their personal data via a contact form or filing the newsletter subscription form.

Reason for data collection

The server logs aim at the detection of intrusion attempts and faults in order to guarantee the computer system’s security.

For a commercial request, with the express consent of the person concerned, the personal data may also be used to send bulk emails on topics related to the business (new service, participation in events, etc.). The personal data will only be used for these purposes.

Who processes the collected data?

LWS.FR is a subcontractor and ensures having implemented all the technical and organisational steps to protect the data as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which replaces Directive 95/46/CE.

EU WATCH is the recipient of the information collected via the contact or newsletter subscription form for the purposes described above.

User consent

Every user is clearly informed of the uses their personal data will be applied to at the time they supply them as stated in this privacy policy.

Retention period

The server logs are stored for a period of 24 months.

The data collected via the contact form on this website are stored for a period of 3 years. The data collected via the newsletter form are stored until the client unsubscribes from the newsletter. A “unsubscribe” link will be embedded in every email.

For any request regarding these rights, users may email [email protected] stating the object of their request. EU WATCH undertakes to reply within 15 working days.
