Born and raised in Paris, Madar’s commitment to society began early in his youth. His journey, from local activism to international platforms, has led him to advocate for meaningful change at European institutions and across national governments.
He is a dedicated and hard-working leader, driven by a strong commitment to defending democratic values, transparency, and accountability, as well as countering extremist ideologies and antisemitism in all its forms.
Madar has a strong background in public affairs, strategic communications, and partnership development.
